Membership of Norfolk Network is subject to these terms and our Articles of Association which are available on request. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership at any time by written notice.
Term & Renewal
Membership of Norfolk Network is for a 12 month term. This is a recurring annual subscription, payable in full at the start of each year or, where agreed by us, in instalments. In the event of non-payment of any instalment the full balance for the remainder of the current membership year will become due for payment immediately.
Cancellation
Your membership will renew automatically each year on the anniversary of the commencement of your membership unless you have given us written notice of cancellation of your membership at least one calendar month prior to renewal. You must notify Norfolk Network by emailing accounts@norfolknetwork.com
Member Changes
You are required to update Norfolk Network of changes in numbers of employees and company details including change of contact names, by emailing accounts@norfolknetwork.com prior to your annual renewal, but please do keep us updated during the year of any important changes that affect your membership.
